Do you want to change/return your order?
No problem! You have 14 days from the date of dispatch of your order.
You can do it through the e-shop, according to our policy, as detailed below.
All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. For this reason, they must be returned in precisely the same condition as you received them with their complete packaging (labels, tags, etc.).
Swimwear, underwear, and socks are excluded from the return and exchange process for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges are not accepted for items 50% off or more, things that are part of a special offer, and clothing sold as a set cannot be returned individually.

  • Size Changes:

All measurements as well as model sizes are listed in detail on the site. If you have difficulty, do not hesitate to either call …… or send a message on the page’s Instagram because NOIL is always available to facilitate and guide you in choosing your size! However, if we direct you to the wrong number, we take responsibility as well for the switching costs. If, on the contrary, the choice for the number, then you are responsible for the change in terms of return and reshipment costs.

  • Product Change:

The change cannot be made free of charge in case of choosing another color or product.
The applicable exchange rates are euros per shipment for the whole of Greece and euros for Cyprus.
Each change is made through the courier company cooperating with us in order for the above prices to apply.

  • Product Change Procedure:

If you are sure about changing your order, you must send us the parcel with any of the cooperating courier companies you wish. Once received, the product will go through quality control. Afterward, we will resend the package with the selected products to your door, by courier.

  • Defective product:

Did you open your package and the product was defective? Contact us immediately so that it can be changed, otherwise, your money will be returned to you.
The refund, in any case, will be made with the same payment method that you used for your purchase. The exception is the case where you have paid by cash on delivery, in which case the return of all the money will be made by depositing it into the bank account indicated by you.
